Stephanie Miller is DMA’s Vice President, Member Relations. In this role, she supports, engages, and champions DMA members, helping them to achieve their professional goals through DMA’s many diverse offerings.
Miller brings to DMA nearly 20 years of marketing, publishing, and consulting experience building and managing integrated direct marketing programs. She has a long history of leadership and involvement with DMA’s Email Experience Council.
Miller most recently served as vice president of digital & email services at Aprimo, an integrated marketing software platform provider. She is a frequent speaker and writer on digital marketing. An online marketing pioneer, she was the first publisher of The Wall Street Journal Interactive Edition. Miller has also held executive-level marketing positions with Return Path, Hotmail and RealNetworks and worked for six years as a marketing consultant in Silicon Valley. She is the co-author of “Sign Me Up! A Marketer’s Guide to Creating Email Newsletters that Build Relationships and Boost Sales.”
Pam Evans has worldwide responsibility for IBM marketing demand generation and optimization strategies, performance and analytics She currently develops strategies to integrate digital marketing and online social networks in measurable ways to drive leads. A 30-year digital marketing and Globalization leader for IBM, Ms Evans conducts workshops with country teams on how to engage new prospects and generate leads.
Evans joined IBM in 1980 as an editor and spent 15 years in corporate communications before moving into marketing programs for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games where IBM launched its first online catalog.
She has led teams in the development and integration of web marketing with sales efforts and has launched industry leading acquisition and relationship marketing programs recognized by numerous marketing awards.
Ms Evans earned an MBA degree in marketing from Georgia State University and a BA in English from Georgia Southern University. She serves on the Board of the Community Advanced Practice Nurses, the Direct Marketing Association’s Programs Advisory Council and was named the Marketer of the Year for 2008 by Target Marketing Magazine and one of the top 100 marketers by B to B Magazine in 2006 and 2007.
Craig Swerdloff, an entrepreneur and longtime veteran of the online media industry, founded the Hockey Ad Network and LeadSpend, an email validation service. Craig has worked for Return Path and IAC/InterActiveCorp and served as chairman of the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s Email Committee. He currently holds posts with the Performance Marketing Association and previsouly held posts with the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association, the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association, and the Direct Marketing Association.
Kevin Hickey is the Global Manager, Email/SMS Marketing at InterContinental Hotels Group. He manages email strategy and worldwide campaigns that drive engagement and revenue at IHG hotel brands. Prior to IHG, Kevin managed International Marketing Communications for Delta Air Lines, and interned with Lufthansa Airlines in Frankfurt, Germany. Kevin holds a BA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and an MBA in International Marketing and Finance from DePaul University in Chicago.
McDonald’s role at Silverpop is to educate clients and prospects on best practices and emerging trends in email marketing and marketing automation. He has 28 years of experience in marketing, consulting and strategic planning. McDonald has held executive marketing positions at companies including Lyris, Inc., EmailLabs, USWeb/CKS and Arthur Andersen.
He has written more than 500 articles and blogs, is a frequent speaker and presents roughly 20 Webinars each year. He has won several awards including the eec 2011 Marketer of the Year and the 2005 American Business Award’s (The Stevie’s) Marketing Executive of the Year.
Currently, Jessica Andreasen is the email marketing expert on ZAGG’s internet marketing team and has been in the trenches of this fast-evolving email space for the past six years. Jessica enjoys developing efficient and effective email programs that are relevant to the ZAGG subscribers and create an engaging user experience that reflect the ZAGG culture and quality product line. She has worked with Spark Networks, Overstock.com and FamilyLink.com. Leveraging her creative and analytical sides, Jessica is able to take email programs to the next level. She is especially passionate about deliverability, targeted segmenting, testing, and nurturing programs.
