Jay Schwedelson, President/CEO, Worldata

As President and CEO of Worldata, Jay Schwedelson is responsible for driving strategic growth across all Worldata divisions. Under his leadership, Worldata has become the industry leader in acquisition marketing strategies, permission email marketing services, direct mail list services and interactive advertising solutions. Schwedelson leads a team of 110+ integrated marketing specialists.

Schwedelson was the driving force behind Worldata’s transformation from a traditional list rental firm into an interactive leader.  He has launched divisions including Webconnect, SubjectLine.com and strategic consulting divisions which have spurred the company’s overall success as a digital marketing leader.

Schwedelson is active in the Direct Marketing Association, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors. He is a past Chair of the DMA’s List Leaders Group, founding member and past chairman of the DMA’s Council for Responsible Email. He is currently also serving on the Board of Directors of the DMEF (Direct Marketing Educational Foundation).

Among his career achievements Jay has been named to BtoB Magazine’s 100 Top Industry Professionals each of the last 10 years. He also sits on the Advisory Board at his alma mater The University of Florida.

Lilia Arsenault, Director, Client Services, e-Dialog

Lilia Arsenault is the Client Services Director overseeing all aspects of service delivery for some of e-Dialog’s largest full-service accounts. Lilia has been with e-Dialog’s Client Services group for over to 8 years, and during that time advised and collaborated with clients across a variety of verticals, including financial, travel, B2B, publishing, retail and entertainment. Lilia brings with her solid expertise in digital and database marketing, combined with an in-depth understanding of e-Dialog’s technologies and delivery capabilities. Lilia measures personal success and the success of her team by the degree of her clients’ achievements. Prior to joining e-Dialog, Lilia held client services roles in areas of cause marketing and daily deal promotions.

Lilia earned her B.S. in Marketing from Bentley University, and recently returned to Bentley to obtain her MBA with concentration in Information Technology Management.

Jeff Teitelbaum, Director, Digital Delivery, Discover Financial Services

Jeff Teitelbaum is the Director of Digital Delivery for Discover Financial Services.  He has responsibility for: Email, Web Content Management, and On-line Migration.  Prior to Jeff’s current role in eBusiness, he managed Marketing’s investment in new technologies, Pricing, and Product Management.  Jeff has over 10 years of experience in Financial Services.

Jenkins serves on the eMarketing Association’s Board of Advisors among other civic and professional boards. He is also a mentor at Flashpoint, a Georgia Tech based startup accelerator program. Jenkins is a graduate of Denison University in Granville, Ohio and resides in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood with his wife and three children.

Manny Ju, Blue Hornet

Manny has over 25 years of experience in the Tech industry, including over 17 years of experience bringing software products to market, both as a product manager and as a software developer.  As the director of product management, he is responsible to recommend BlueHornet’s strategic product vision, manage the product roadmap and develop strategic partnerships.  He holds an MBA from the Lucas Graduate School of Business with an emphasis in New Business Ventures and Entrepreneurship.

Jordan Cohen, VP, Marketing Movable Ink

Jordan is an email marketing veteran with extensive media, analyst, and industry relationships. As VP of marketing for Movable Ink, he is charged with bringing to market the company’s game-changing technology, and oversees all strategic marketing, branding, market positioning, lead generation, and communications efforts.

Prior to Movable Ink, Jordan was vice president of business development for mobile ad start-up Pontiflex. Before Pontiflex, he held senior marketing roles at Unica, Goodmail Systems, Epsilon, and the DMA. Jordan graduated with a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan.

Jay Jhun, VP of Strategic Services at BrightWave Marketing, helps guide the strategic vision and email best practices for BrightWave Marketing’s key clients and oversees the agency’s technology partnerships in order to leverage the latest digital marketing innovations.  He is an industry blogger and conference speaker obsessed with the mobile pandemic.  He also on behalf of clients’ marketing programs.

Jay brings 15+ years in broad digital marketing experience, most recently having worked with brands like United Parcel Service, The Hershey Company, Food Lion, Logitech, Nationwide Insurance, GameTap, and Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

Matt Annerino, Senior Director, Direct Marketing, LiveNation

Matt Annerino promotes the biggest music artists in the world for Live Nation’s North American Music division. As Sr. Director of Direct Marketing, he manages all aspects of Live Nation email marketing, including strategy and execution, campaign optimization, and product development. His team executes 12k+ campaigns per year, building and maintaining successful relationships with almost 20M concert fans. A graduate of University of Illinois, Matt was named one of DM News’ top “30 Under 30” marketers in 2010 for his proven success and in email marketing and has served on a digital music advisory board for the GRAMMYs.

 

Royce_WorkmanRoyce Workman, Director, Shared Digital Capabilities, Digital Marketing, Nationwide Insurance

With more than 10 years Digital and Interactive experience, Royce is Director, Digital Marketing and leads the Shared Digital Capabilities team at Nationwide Insurance. He manages the Insurance and Financial mobile apps, mobile web and other nationwide.com capabilities. He oversees the enterprise Outbound Messaging System that sends millions of emails annually and his experience at Nationwide includes managing MyNationwide; a monthly online magazine and email newsletter. Prior to Nationwide, Royce held several positions at Huntington Bank and at a retail start-up managing Email, eCommerce websites and research/analytics. A gadget-geek, Royce and is always looking to match technology with business objectives.
